Spooky Cocktails for Halloween

Get ready to make some hauntingly good cocktails this Halloween. We have come up with two simple Gin cocktails that use Jellyfish Gin as a delicious base, but all have a spooky twist.


These are easy to create at home and are sure to make this halloween extra spooky.

Black Bat Martini

First up is the Black Bat Martini. Blood coloured and perfect for a spooky start to your evening. This halloween gin cocktail is sure to quench the thirst of any bloody craving vampire.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 50ml Jellyfish Gin

  • 25ml dry Vermouth

  • 50ml Blackcurrant cordial

  • Blackberry to garnish

Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice. Add gin, vermouth and blackcurrant cordial and stir. Strain into a Martini glass, garnish with a Blackberry and serve.

Goulish Ginger Gin Refresher


Quench your devilish thirst with this gingery refresher! It has a spooky kick and once complete with eyeballs, it is a terrifyingly good cocktail.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 50ml Jellyfish Gin

  • Infusion pocket

  • 250ml Ginger Ale

  • Dash of Angostura Bitters

  • Tinned Lychees, jam and blueberries to garnish

Instructions

Fill a glass with ice and set aside. Add gin, a dash of Angostura Bitters and an infusion pocket, shake for 1 minute. Strain into the glass, top with Ginger Ale. Garnish with eyeballs and serve.

How to make the eyeballs, squeeze blood red jam into the lychees and top with blueberries.
