Distilled near Fowey, Cornwall Jellyfish Gin takes inspiration from Cornwall's colour changing coastal friends, the Jellyfish. Each bottle of our cornish Gin comes with bio-degradable “infusion pockets” crammed with handpicked dried botanicals. To change the colour and taste of your gin, simply place them into your G&T (or gin and ginger beer) to change the colour and taste.

What is the story?
George, the founder of Jellyfish Gin unexpectedly fell in love with Gin aged 21, propping up a bar in Adelaide with friends. These were during the days of the “great Vodka craze” and whilst she was an experienced mixologist, it was the first time she had tried gin on it’s own.
The evening was a dull Tuesday night and after a long drive along the Great Ocean Road, George and her friends wondered into a tiny bar set back from the main strip where they were only customers and the bar tenders (with nothing else to do) took the time to teach them about gin.
After trying a selection of small batch gins from across the world, served straight, each craft gin complimented with its own bespoke blend of botanicals, edible flowers and fruit - George came up with an idea; customisable Gin.
8 years later this idea became reality and George’s dream of bringing this gin sensory experience to the UK came to life. Jellyfish Gin can be enjoyed on its own but includes complimentary infusion pockets, tailored to the taste of your bottle of gin meaning that you can customise your gin at home, in your favourite pub, or as an unexpectedly wonderful experience in a restaurant or hotel bar.
At it’s heart, Jellyfish Gin is a totally unique, small batch pine and orange flavoured Cornish craft gin that doesn’t cut corners. Each batch (be it a Cornish gin miniature or a full sized bottle of gin) is lovingly handcrafted in a small cornish distillery near fowey. This gin is delicious on its own, in a cocktail, as a gin and tonic or as a gin and ginger beer.
The fun comes when you add your “infusion pockets” infusing each measurement to your taste and adding that extra burst of orange drinking it the way you like (with or without tonic).
The gin market is crowded with mass produced gin and Jellyfish Gin is a break from the norm, it is a taste and colour changing gin that is a memorable enjoyable experience for you and your friends.
